Sojourner's Board of Directors is pleased to announce Laura Sisterman as the new Executive Director of Sojourner Project. Laura possesses a M.A. in Leadership and Management and a B.S. in Family Social Science. She has led Sojourner's Outreach and Education Department for nine years and during this time, expanded the volunteer program, revitalized the internship program, and made use of her extensive background in youth work to develop and implement Sojourner's prevention education curriculum, SafeU. Laura is an inspirational leader and an outstanding communicator, with a special understanding of the needs of children, families and those victimized by domestic violence.
