We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Shrimp Boil fundraiser at Smack Shack. The event brought together supporters, community members, and advocates to honor Domestic Violence Awareness Month and celebrate the impact of Sojourner's work. The evening was filled with a sense of community, compassion, and commitment to creating a safer future for all.

The focused silence of the room while a former client shared her powerful story of surviving abuse and choosing hope, followed by a standing ovation.
The contagious excitement of the raffle winners when their numbers were called and they collected their prizes.
The stories told, laughter shared and connections made (new and old) over a delicious, family-style meal.
